Who Has Had Success W UVB Light Therapy I Just Bought A Panel Daavlin
The lamps are uvbled.com treat with a much lower dose and they do not cause any side effect.
I started with 1min added 10% to the duration at every treatment
3x a week
Reached 3:30 and it became painful so I went down to 3min and stayed at 3 min my spots continue to slowly repigment.

How many minutes each tx and did you do 3 times a week ?
