I tried doing dermablend makeup for a few months it was too much! I have hot flashes and I hated the clothing stains. So I found out my eyes could pop with color and I do lipsticks and glosses! No foundation or concealer. I use a nice oil free sunscreen on the rest of my face. Long story short I get alot of compliments and I have a spotted face and go with it!

hey Jess, it all depends on how confident you are that day and your comfort level! I work in social services, and I have vitiligo on my face, When they were taking pics for my ID badge a few years back, I did not cover any of my spots. I just do my makeup around my spots like I usually do. If you feel you have to cover up, then by all means, do it! If you feel pretty good about not covering your spots--then don't! You have a beautiful smile and that should be the FIRST thing people notice anyway! Hope this helps.
