Does Vitamin D3 Help?
I only have patches on my neck, palm and armpits.
I find it helps sometimes. I PERSONALLY wouldn't advice taking vitamin D until you have your blood levels checked first, as taking a vitamin you are not lacking can do more harm than good. I have vitamin D defiency and that is why I take it, not for the vitiligo. But vitamin D reduces inflammation in the body and stimulates melanogenesis, so I find it helps me but hasn't cured my vitiligo by no means. Pigmentation comes back in parts and then fades again for me. And currently my depigmentation is continuing even though I take vitamin D. Always consult your doctor and do your own research, before trying anything.
