I don’t think it’s a disability! It’s how you handle it.

Technically speaking Vitiligo in of itself is not a 'disability'. IT is generally described as a cosmetic condition.
We often consider the term to only be applied to someone who uses a wheel chair, requires a Guide dog, homebound due to chronic illness etc. We must remember that chronic depression, anxiety and other mental health conditions can become a dissability and stop the functioning of daily life completely. There are those who have vitiligo and become chronically depressed and even suicidal and this almost certainly requires professional help,. This is where any condition that itself is not a disability can lead to a different kind of disability.

So if there is a question on a legal document that asks 'do you have a disability? Generally we would say no if Vitiligo is our only condition.
