Just take it one day at a time! It does get easier! Just go about your day and put Vitiligo in the back of your mind and just live! So much going on in this world just remember to write down what is good in your life! You woke up this morning that is a start! My prayers go out to you!

Thank you dear PamelaAnnNavarro for reaching out… I really needed a shoulder to lean on for a while before I get back again … some days are really low but what you said made a difference… probably things could be worse that other fellow beings are dealing with… thanks a ton once again… be blessed 😇

I understand and it can be overwhelming, but try not to stress too much. I find sometime when I stress, I get more spots. Try not to be depressed. There is so many other things to suffer from. My dermatologist told me of all the skin issues, this is probably the one with the least itching, pain or discomfort. I hope you feel better!! Smile
