You get a right of appeal if this was the first time. Did you file under the PACT Act? Who did your C&P exam/Fact finding for it? Did you submit a diagnosis for it? Each claim needs an official diagnosis (Auto immune disease or whatever symptoms your having etc) or a letter stating "its more probable than not that XXX caused what you have. Dr doesnt even have to swear to anything and nothing binds them to the letter or you.
