How Do I Change The Imbedded Negative Mantra In My Head?
I appeciate your loving words. I have been doing a deep dive into myself lately. Being aware of what i am saying to myself and the things i am working to improve in myself has made me aware of some of what im doing. I believe in god and know that in itself has helped me tremendously. I am also working on other things . I just believe that living with vitiligo has its part in my self image, esteem and how i feel about myself. Trying to open up a conversation . As i want to help others as well as improve my own inner mantra.
Jess2021 my heart goes out to you concerning your negative mantra in your head. Sometimes we are aware of our harmful, negative thoughts, but many times these thoughts move so quickly through the mind, that we aren’t aware of what is causing the change in mood, added stress or worry. When tension and stress hits, look for negative thoughts.
No matter how intelligent, creative and successful you are, negative mantras and thoughts can cause stress and even self-doubt. I need you every morning when you wake up to concentrate on how much you're important to yourself. Connect yourself with your holy Spirit by reading spiritual articles or book. Meditate and pray for 10 minutes in the morning and night to give thanks to the Almighty for your blessings. Please go to receive counseling with a specialist because everyone in this world is valuable and to include you.
Whenever negative thoughts and images move through your mind acknowledge they will have an effect on your mood. So pay attention to your mood, this is a signal that there might be a negative mantra running.
Will keep you in my prayers🙏🏽
