Did Anyone Tried Light Therapy And For How Long

Yes. I have been doing light therapy for a long time. So far has been the most effective however I would use Protopic with the light therapy. If you have spots your really want to knock out it took me about 6 months going three days a week using Protopic two times a day. It takes a while before you see results but it does pay off once you see fill in.

Yes they are expensive my insurance covers 90% once I meet my deductible.

The light therapy's...I was told they are very expensive. You must have wonderful insurance that covers majority of that cost.
I don't have Medicare as of yet. Not quite old enough. 😄
