Would salt water pool be ok? Where can i find research on whether swimming worsens vitiligo? Is this a never swim in chlorinated pool or would it work to limit per day time in chlorinated pool and wash immediately after .? I love to swim and this is my daily exercise but I have Vitiligo on my face .

I don’t know the answer to that question, but we have an appointment in a couple of weeks and I can ask our dermatologist.

No I was not aware of any creams. Are they steroids? Do they actually help?

The pool water is fine. I would read the article about sunburns though. Enjoy swimming! Are you using any of the creams for vitiligo?
