Does anyone follow a particular diet following your vitiligo diagnosis? What would a typical breakfast/lunch/dinner look like?
I'm reading lots of literature on reducing or eliminating dairy, fish, meat ( aside from chicken) and citrus fruits, turmeric, some vegetables, junk food (obviously) and a whole host of other things. It appears one would need to follow a really strict diet to trial and error what triggers patches.

This is a very good question. I would like to know as well. I told my dermatologist today that I read coffee was bad, blueberries etc… and she told me to get off the internet. Haa!
I’m thinking she just wants me to try not to stress out. Easier said. 😬

Every body is different and our immune systems vary so much so what works for one person may not for another. It's best to talk to your doc or nutrionist to figure what works best for you.
There is no such thing as a vitiligo diet. Eating healthy foods is the best foundation for good health all around.
