Need Some Advice And Wondering If Anyone Has The Same Issue.

I’ve had vitiligo for 51 years and my skin is all white. Now I’m starting to get brown spots on my face and arms. I went to the dermatologist and she said it was my brown skin coming back! 😳 Wow!
It finally took me all theses years to turn all white and now my skin wants to be brown again! I just can’t catch a break. I’ve used skin bleach but want to use a natural way to fade the brown spots any suggestions appreciated. Thank you.

There are 2 different scenarios for people with Viriligo, some people have autoimmune vitiligo, & others who have no underlying issue just Vitiligo. If it’s autoimmune, you can possibly if under the care of a Rheumatologist , can give you something , usually biologically or JAK inhibitors, which Would quiet her body down. Other than bleach I was told no by my dermatologist !
