I’m only 18 and I got my diagnosis when I was around 9. I developed 6 spots (forehead, neck, lower back and 3 small ones on my torso). They’re not symmetrical on both sides, just what seems like random spots. They haven’t spread at all since then and have kind of gotten better actually. I got vitiligo as a child after a bad sunburn at the beach and over the past 40 years the sun has repigmented all but my feet.
