I have not been able to reverse mine over the years. I eat alot of fruits and vegetables. I read someone completely reversed his with sulphur and cucumber. But the article doesn't give any specifics. Still researching.

My vitiligo has been reversing slowly on its own. I am and have always been someone who works out, but I'm not sure what caused it to reverse..

LynnMitchell, hello and welcome to My Vitiligo Team! I have developed and lived with vitiligo for 6 years, based on on my research to current medical knowledge, there is no substantial evidence that anyone has been able to completely reverse vitiligo solely through diet, natural supplements, and exercise; while some people may report slight improvements with a healthy lifestyle, there is no proven cure for vitiligo through dietary means alone, and most experts recommend consulting a dermatologist, for treatment options.
Vitiligo is an autoimmune condition with no known cure, and while lifestyle changes can be beneficial, they cannot fully reverse the condition.
Focus on management to set a
goal of managing vitiligo is typically to prevent further spread of depigmented patches and to improve the appearance of the skin through treatments like light therapy or camouflage makeup.
Consult with a dermatologist to
discuss your vitiligo concerns with a healthcare professional to explore the most effective treatment options for your specific case.
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle with a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, regular exercise, and managing stress can contribute to overall health and may potentially help manage vitiligo symptoms.
Consider supplements like vitamin D or antioxidants, always consult your doctor before starting any new supplement regimen. The herb Ginkgo biloba may return skin color in people with vitiligo.

I have been taking collagen peptides (type 1 & 3) for several months now and have seen a noticeable difference in repigmentation. It is very slow, but I am seeing an improvement every week.
